Never use abbreviations in Medicine. Can be deadly. I would ask the echocardiographer for translation to North C. English. The ? indicates it is a guesstimate. If LVEF means what it meant I was at Duke (1964) it means your heart ejected 56% of blood in it starting to eject. So your End Diastolic Volume was 63 ml & End Systolic Volume was 27. (63-27)/63 is about 57%. Discuss: normal for you?
