The wording notes material studied has staph germs. I assume this was a culture of urine since you did not cite the source. If the study was done for penile irritation, or discomfort when peeing, it is easily cured by common antibiotics.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
