It is unclear what was +1 in the urine, such results are usually followed with another urine analysis in couple of weeks for confirmation in the majority of cases and unless there is no obvious explanation for the slightly positive result. Your doc remains your best reference at this point.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, had your provided the complete test result. Wish you good health!
