A member asked:

Would a cta of the head & neck be just as accurate as an mra of the head & neck? even for small things? i've been having head & neck pain all week & got a cta yesterday that was "normal," but still have the pain?

I think CT angiography is more accurate than MRA in some cases. If you really want to know, angiography is the gold standard for vascular problems. If it is not vascular but orthopedic or muscular in nature, the MRI might be better.

Experientially have noted more artifactual outcomes with MRA as contrasted to CTA. If your images were normal, that excludes vascular obstruction as an explanation for your issues.
