Why does an mra of the neck require contrast, but not the head? i just had a neck one done without contrast...does that mean it was no accurate?

Imaging decisions are often made based on what answers are being sought from the study. If you lack confidence in the approach taken, do discuss it directly with the radiologist and ask your question directly.
