Can you get hiv from fingering or at least touching a vagina?

Even if the woman has HIV, the risk of catching it from the issue you described is miniscule. HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. If you have an open sore or wound on your finger with blood present and the vagina has any blood present, than a blood to blood transfer will occur and HIV can be contracted. Be careful in future and always practice safe sex.
