Can chlamydia be transferred through oral. such as, if someone had it and i didn't. and i drank some of that person's urine could i be contaminated?

yes it can by oral sex. the second part of the question is bizarre and no studies exist for that - but it is remotely possible.

Swallowing urine might risk gonorrhea but probably not chlamydia, which does not easily infect the throat. There is a lot of misunderstanding about this, even among physicians. CDC recommends against ever testing for oral chlamydia. (It's done frequently anyway because oral gonorrhea IS common, and chlamydia testing is automatic with gonorrhea testing.)
