My doctor took a vaginal swap & the results show the followings: pus cells 2-4/hpf rbcs nill trichomonas vaginalis not seen yeast cells nill what does it mean? and is it normal or should i be worried?

It means there was no evidence of blood or the particular infections mentioned. The "pus cells" are white blood cells and a small presence is normal and not indicative of infection.
