This is common in some men and can occur from time to time in any sexually mature male. It's semen or other genital fluids being expressed by the pressure of defecation, and of stool passing prostate gland and seminal vesicles. If you don't have discharge at other times, probably nothing is wrong. Probably unrelated to your abdominal pain etc. See a doctor if symptoms continue or still concerned.
