Blood in the urine reflects tissue injury to some point in the urinary system. It could originate from any point starting at the kidneys, the tubes from kidneys to bladder, the bladder and the outlet from the bladder through the penis. It might mean stones passing through the tubes opened a wound. It might be something else. Get evaluated.
