The vaccine is a way to prepare your body with protection against cancer and genital wart causing strains of HPV. That protection will be important at any time in the future that you engage in intercourse whether willing or not. Most insurance companies that will cover the cost will not after age 29. Must you? No. Good idea? Yes.
