Day 3 of ketorolac. sudden upset stomach & diarrhea. no vomiting but nauseous. going to stop taking it for now but should i be worried about a stomach bleed or perforation? i read it is hard on the stomach so a bit worried. is t3 safer for stomach?

Stopping the ketorolac makes sense, the upset stomach and diarrhea may have other causes as well, for as long as no overt signs of bleeding (dark stools or blood in stool) and symptoms improve slowly no reason to worry about other things. Tylenol 3 has a safer profile on gi issues, however best to weigh in would be your current treating doc as the main condition being treated is not apparent.
