A member asked:

Does central vertigo caused by a minor head injury typically get better over time?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Typically, mild closed-head injuries will result in inner ear peripheral vertigo, not central, BUT if indeed this is proven on a videonystagmogram, improvement may occur over 12-18 months. Suggest a visit to an otolaryngologist and get this fully proven, as some physical therapies do help.
