This has never been known to happen, not once in the 40 years of the worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic. No risk, no worries. As your doctor told you, tetanus is a possible risk, and perhaps other bacterial infection. But never HIV or other blood borne viruses, which do not survive in the environment or with drying.
