Possibly had untreated strep for 2 weeks, absolute lymph and neutrophils normal but slightly high nr and low lr. symptoms come and go. should i be worried about developing complications? 3 out of 4 drs say it's viral. is it too late for antibiotic?

Get a strep test and if + ask for treatment if if no do not ask for antibiotic.
