Sleepy time: It may be related to what you eat before class or your lifestyle(sedentary). I recommend also if you have a bmi >35, or neck circumference >17 inches, or high blood pressure or diabetes history to be evaluated for sleep apnea. Many people have it and dont know. Another cause may be thyroid functioning but it is usually a person who is tired all the time. Try less fatty foods before class.
