Exercise and sleep: Getting a good nights sleep is important. If you are tired when you wake up, you should be evaluated to make sure you don't have a sleep disorder. Exercise is also very important but not within 3 hours of bedtime. Eating throughout the day can help, but don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime. No caffeine within 4-6hrs of bedtime. If all else fails, medicines like stimulants can help but only by rx.
