I had sex about 1 week ago and my stomach has been hurting since. i have bad cramping and overall pain. pain started same day as interaction and has persisted. could this be hiv used protection but sex occurred 45 mins after waxing & pores were open?

HIV doesn't cause such symptoms, and they also started too soon. Condoms work and skin exposure to infected fluids never transmits HIV. However, your symptoms still require prompt medical attention: any unexplained abdominal pain should be checked out as there are many serious causes -- in your case, maybe pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. Fallopian tube infection due to STD.
