A member asked:

Is stomach cramps and low grade fever alone really early hiv symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nonspecific: Those symptoms are nonspecific and are commonly seen in a viral intestinal tract infection. Treatment consists of resting, drinking adequate fluids and if diarrhea develops and becomes severe take kaopectate or imodium. Symptoms should gradually improve. If you're concerned about an STD see your physician to get checked.
