I am currently a 32j and ideal is a 32c. in my doctors notes it says there's an estimated 700grams to remove from each breast with an ideal breast size of 32c. will this bring me to a c? it doesn't seem like a lot from what i've read. w:155 h:5'4?

Suggest getting a second opinion, from another breast surgeon, as "32 J" indicates a significant size to your breasts, and removal of "700 grams" is about one third of a pound from each breast, which may not convert to a "32 C".
