No risk, no worry. Trichomonas rarely infects the mouth or throat and therefore not acquired by oral sex. Also never transmitted by hand-genital contact. The main risk from unprotected oral sex are for gonorrhea, herpes due to HSV type 1, and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) which often probably is caused by entirely normal oral bacteria.
