My tongue is a little swollen and the underside of my tongue is a little cut up ( i did have a small line of mdma and cocaine split 50/50 the night before) just want to know if this is normal or should i be concerned?

It is not normal and your taking illegal drugs is definitely not normal. These drugs will damage your brain, and heart. The tongue will be the least of your problems if you do not abstain for substance abuse. Doing these drugs is also self abuse.
