1 time sex w/ a straight man,no drugs. 8 wks after, he had a neg hiv 4th gen test by quest labs. i had neg test @over 3mos after. i asked him 5x to retest w/ me @5 mos to be sure. he said no & blocked me. is this suspicious,could he have infected me?

A negative result with a 4th gen combo test rules out HIV infection in you. You do not need to test more not do you need to have him tested, unless you plan to have sex with him. Get HPV vaccine. It is not "suspicious" at all. Your partner's test results are 100% proof you were not exposed to HIV and could not have been infected. You do not need further testing yourself and should stop insisting he test again.
