It's been over a month since my penis started having a small spot of dry and peeling skin on it but now it's more than 3 different spots as if is spreading , other than that there are no other symptoms , no discomfort, just an abnormal skin layer?

It could be a fugal infection or non specific dermatitis. Clean area with soap and water and apply corticosporin cream /ointment. If not better in a7-10 days you will have to be seen by a Urologist. good luck
