It if probably the remnants of the gas used intra abdominally during surgery and it sh gradually disappear. Good Luck

Hi, I am female. I am having a pain in my upper rt side of my abdomen and my rib cage. The pain is getting worse by cough, deep breath or lying down.
Sharp pains in chest, shoulder blade, upper/lower abdomen, middle/lower back and kidney areas. Deep breathes and laying down made it worse.
