Hi is it ok to have bp fluctuate each day? one day can be 126/88 then next day 113/77. i know bp changes through the day but the range each day can be really different. as low as 109 then in the 120s the following day. not on bp tabs but was last yr?

Yes, the variation seen is normal and has to do with multiple variables, including technique and circumstances when checking. Checking too frequently and/or without a clear plan may create anxiety.
