Sleep medicine: I like your question. You are thinking like we doctors like to think. However, when we switch from one medication to another, while one medication may need a large amount to achieve good results it may take only few milligrams with the other. Treat the Nuvigil as a new medication not as a conversion from the provigil. Hope it works better for you.
