HPV vaccine is safe at any age, but not normally recommended beyond age 26, sometimes up to age 45. In the US, insurance is less likely to cover the cost the older someone is. But if an older person is still at risk for new HPV infections, the vaccine will continue to provide protection regardless of age. Discuss with your doctor.
