When i was younger i got 2 gardasil shots and never went back for the 3rd one. i got hpv which is gone, but im wondering if i should now get the 3rd (10 plus years later). does it cause premature menopause or cysts? been dealing w/cysts, related?

Recent research has found that 2 doses of HPV vaccine is almost as effective as the recommended 3 doses. It wouldn't hurt to have the third dose now if at risk for new HPV (new or multiple sex partners by you or your partner), otherwise unnecessary. Neither HPV itself nor Gardasil causes premature menopause or genital area cysts. Discuss both issues with your gynecologist. Good luck.
