I have high platlet count around 900. i fell and fractured my upper arm. taking prednisone 15 mg daily for a month..and taking oxycodone 5mg every 6 hours sweating terribly. just noticed a huge bruise on my arm d dimer is over 700 is this concerning?

I assume you mean your high platelet count is 900,000. I'm not sure what the prednisone is for. Trauma and surgery alone can cause high D dimer levels. Your hematologist should be involved in this situation to advise you.
