I'm not aware of such a paradoxical effect of cialis. Do you require cialis type meds in order to get enough of an erection for vaginal penetration? I don't recommend taking more than the maximal dose of cialis. A urologist can advise you best,especially regarding the interaction of prostate pathology and erection.

Your perception of the effects of Cialis on your penis is wrong. The head of the penis is not affected in size during erection or with Cialis There is no 'reverse' effect due to prostate enlargement. Take cialis only as prescribed and do not alter the dose without consulting the prescribing MD. Good luck
