I've been having explosive diarrhea for almost 3 hours straight. my stomach is cramping and i'm having a lot of gas. should i go to the er?

Diarrhea: Diarrhea can range from very mild to severe. For severe diarrhea and associated symptoms, i would recommend going to either the emergency room or urgent care clinic. Worrisome diarrhea generally would include symptoms such as: high fever, unrelenting diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, blood or mucous in stool, dehydration, dizziness, or accompanied vomiting.
