A member asked:

I just started getting bumps beneath my jaw that looks like swollen lymph nodes, i thought it could be food stuck in throat, but they said most likely not without doing a x-ray and it's a gerd symptom, but what else could it possibly be?

A local skin infection is the most likely considering your age. Good Luck

Infection in the mouth is a likely cause. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
