Yes: You could have a vaginal infection that has nothing to do with a hysterectomy. See your doctor for culture and evaluation.

Depends: It is normal to have some vaginal discharge. If there is discoloration or odor then the discharge may be an indication of a problem such as infection or cancer. You should see your doctor for an exam.
