And the other thing about my strep is i did see improvements. i am able to swallow better but i would need to swallow nice and slow so i won't hurt myself by swallowing foods or drinks too fast. is that a sign of healing?

This appears to be an add on to some other post. Your posts here are never linked nor can we retrieve them. Strep throat has variable features and recovery. It can occur with a viral co-infection like mono so progress may be slow.
