Im healing from cold left side of throat hurts when swallowing & dry at times went to the dr i dnt have strep on the left my face teeth & neck hurts?

Possible sinus : infection or allergies with post nasal drip. I suggest use of electrolyte rich fluids and zinc lozenges ( Cold-Eze) plous Tylenol for pain.
