It seems you have a congenital or acquired anatomic problem, like a fistula (abnormal connection) between your vagina and your urethra (urine passage) or bladder. Probably it can be fixed with surgery. Beside the inconvenience, it may increase your risk of urinary tract infection. Sorry it has taken an unnecessary 19 years to diagnose and fix it. See a gynecologist and/or urologist. Good luck.

This needs investigation by a Urologist. The outer urinary opening Urethra) falls short of the normal opening you see and urine ends up coming from the vaginal area further back. It can be easily found and then corrected by doing surgery. Good luck
