PMR does not compute here. Never use abbreviations in Medicine. They can be deadly. Resend question please. Major side effect of paxolovid is it decreases risks of severe COVID-19. No data yet on long COVID. Best source of info is at CDC.gov or WI CDC equivalent.

Yes, polymyalgia has been described following COVID infection with unclear contribution of Paxlovid treatment. A short course of low dose steroids may help in this context.
