My friend who is 37 yo has inability to urinate, and the catheter couldn't go all the way in which is shown in the retrograde cystography. urine test results are within normal range (no infection) and he has no pain, what could be the problem?

Heprobably has a narrowing somewhere along the lower urinary tract (urethra) and needs to see a urologist asap.
