Ive been taking antibiotics for 3 days now for pink eye . ive had fevers ear aches and headaches . i do feel better as i broke a fever today . my eye is still pink has little discharge . can i return to work or how many days do i need to wait ?

Acute conjunctivitis (pink eye) often is caused by viruses, not bacteria, therefore antibiotics have no effect. But it's often hard to know for sure, so antibiotics often are given. But your improvement so far may just be the natural course of a viral infection, and you might still be able to infect others. However, the risk will be low if you're careful about contact with coworkers.
