All we can say that bactrim is to be avoided in pregnancy, especially in the first trimester because of its antifolic acid effects. Hopefully only 2 days of it is inconsequential. In any event the risk is said to be small as I'm sure very many women have inadvertently taken Bactrim during early pregnancy.
