Healthtap is an organization with several lines of service. You have posted on the public information site where volunteer docs answer questions about health problems. This site does not offer consults or notes. It does not share info with other sites. The HT Prime or Concierge sites offer such services. To contact them you need to call the help desk or go to www.connect@healthtap.com.

Yes, on the paid HealthTap platform, notes are available same day, if you had a consult and cannot access your note, call HelpDesk for guidance.
