I did a fourth generation combo test ab/ag 12 days after exposure, 16, 21 and 28 days after exposure and all of them were negative. what is the probability that it will be positive after 45 days?

Exposure to what?? I would go to CDC.gov and see if you can find details. Also you can go to pubmed.gov and search the worlds lit on this. I would search for time to become positive after exposure for whatever it is you are worried about. Good reason to use protection.
