I went to urgent care for a movable and painless lump above my right collarbone. she gave antibiotics in case its just an enlarged lymph node but no cause determined. ive completed three days of this antibiotic and no change. should i worry?

i wouldn't expect change to occur in 3 days if this is an infected node. Given its location I would schedule a visit with your regular doc in a few days for a re-evaluation, it may be something important.
