I was diagnosed with chlamydia on august 20th. i received an hiv rna test at 10 days post exposure and 29 days post exposure both negative. i received a 4th gen hiv test 57 days post exposure negative. should i be retested? rash and fatigue?

Glad to hear your chlamydia was cured. You also are 100% clear on HIV; the HIV AgAb ("4th generation") blood tests are conclusive any time 45 days or more after the last possible exposure. There are no medical conditions, including chlamydia, that affect the reliability or timing of the results. Your negative HIV test proves something other than HIV is causing your rash and fatigue.
