If one was still menstruating, then ovulation mid month pain; might have been considered. The appendix is on that side but that is doubtful cause of pain at this time. That said, there are other Abdominal and Pelvic structures that could be problematic. A good Medical History, Physical, Lab and appropriate Imaging studies are indicated. Any recent stool tests?...
