Pre cum does not have sperms. Ejaculate does. There is nothing there to swim. position during sex does not affect the orientation of the sperms to travel (swim) But you have to be certain that it was only initial a few drops of clear watery sticky fluid (precum) and not ejaculate-thicker sticky , slightly opaque fluid . Suggest not try such maneuvers if you want to avoid pregnancy
