I have morton's toe. 4 days ago i noticed a pea sized cyst just under the big toe joint, where my condition puts pressure near the instep on that joint. nsaids didn't seem to help, warm comp did. i've read synovial react to nsaid. is this ganglion?

Could be a ganglion which is a synovial cyst arising from either a joint, due to capsular defect or a tendon. You should see a podiatrist if it is symptomatic.
