I took pseudophedrine & excedrine at 6 pm and used a nasal spray w/ phenylephrine hcl. it's now around 2:30 am. would it be okay to take nyquil?

Be careful: Pseudoephedrine and phenylephrine are stimulants and Excedrin contains caffeine, all of which if taken together could cause nervousness jitteriness and possibly palpitations. Do NOT overmedicate. Nyquil can be sedating in certain individuals.
