I have a kidney stone. it was initially up towards the kidney and has since travelled down closer to the bladder. is it likely to get to the bladder if its already travelled this far? just time and water?

That is very possible. No accurate prediction can be made without knoing the size of the stone. But with your description chances of passing it are very high. Good luck and use a strainer when you pee so that you can catch the stone and have it analyzed
